## Open Position: Social Media Creative
ANTV is looking for a talented Social Media Creative to join our team based at the Epicentrum Rasuna Said office in South Jakarta. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our digital presence, crafting narratives that resonate with our audience and driving engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Ideation: Develop creative concepts for both programming and non-programming initiatives.
* Video Production: Design and edit high-impact video content tailored for program promotions.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities to optimize future strategies.
* Scheduling: Ensure the consistent and timely deployment of creative assets across all assigned channels.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a blend of analytical thinking and creative flair. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.

* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in content creation and editing tools, including CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
