## Career Development: Elementary Development Program (ELP-A)
BGA Group is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our professional team through the Elementary Development Program (ELP-A). This initiative is specifically designed for vocational high school (SMK) graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the palm oil sector. Selected candidates will be assigned to our operational hubs across Kalimantan.
General Requirements
* Education: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo an intensive three-month training program.
* Documentation: Must possess valid personal identification (KTP/Birth Certificate).
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed in any of our operational regions in Kalimantan.

1. Mechanic / Mill Operator
* Target Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Building Construction, and Agricultural Mechanization.
2. Plantation Supervisor (Mandor)
* Target Majors: Agribusiness, Plant Production Agribusiness, Agricultural Product Processing, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Palm Oil Cultivation, Palm Oil Nursery & Maintenance, and Plantation Crop Production Technology.
3. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
* Target Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Palm Oil Processing Technology, Agricultural Engineering, and Agricultural Mechanization.
