## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the success of our trainees, we look for candidates who meet the following general qualifications:
1. Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with limited working experience.
2. Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old within the current calendar year.
3. Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA (IPK) of 2.80.
4. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Educational Background: Must hold a D4 or S1 degree corresponding to the selected FDP track.
## Program Commitments and Expectations
Selected candidates will enter a structured professional agreement, which includes the following requirements:
* Intensive Training: Full participation in a six-month intensive curriculum covering all facets of our plantation operations in West Kalimantan.
* Service Bond: A commitment to a two-year service contract following the completion of the training phase.
