## Program Benefits and Requirements
The Bester Ready4Work (R4W#10) program offers a competitive monthly allowance of IDR 10 million (gross). To be considered for this intensive development experience, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility and Educational Background
* Recent graduates or professionals with no more than two years of work experience.
* Degrees in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting.
* Full proficiency in both English and Indonesian; additional language skills are considered an asset.
Professional Skills and Attributes
* Technical Literacy: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Prior programming experience is highly preferred.
