## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Intern at our Blugreen Office in Kembangan, West Jakarta, you will play a vital role in discovering and nurturing the top talent that drives our exponential growth. Your daily impact will span several key areas of our human resources operations:
* End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial selections to find the ideal cultural and professional fits.
* Employer Branding Initiatives: Collaborate on creative campaigns and activities designed to elevate our brand presence as an employer of choice in the competitive beauty landscape.
* Administrative Excellence: Handle general HR administration duties to ensure seamless daily department operations and maintain organized candidate databases.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Recent graduates with a degree in Psychology or related majors. Final-semester university students with no remaining classes to attend are also warmly encouraged to apply.
