1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will play a vital role in our exploration projects, ensuring that all field activities are executed according to our high operational standards.
* Executing comprehensive exploration phases, including geological mapping, drilling oversight, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Documenting detailed descriptions of drill core samples and maintaining accurate drilling logs.
* Interpreting geophysical logging results to enhance site data.
* Managing and maintaining the integrity of our drilling databases.
* Collaborating effectively with the wider exploration team to meet project objectives.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in coal mapping, drilling protocols, coal sample handling, database management, and bore-hole correlation.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra site.
2. Exploration Geologist
We are looking for an experienced Exploration Geologist to take a lead role in planning and supervising our exploration workflows to ensure compliance and technical precision.
* Leading the full cycle of exploration activities, from initial planning and mapping to reporting and data validation.
* Performing advanced interpretation and correlation of coal seams to inform extraction strategies.
* Developing precise geological models and managing complex geological databases.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external third parties to ensure operational efficiency.
* Ensuring all mining activities strictly adhere to company standards and national safety regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the mining sector.
* Expertise in coal geological modeling, resource estimation, and comprehensive exploration reporting.
* Possession of a Pengawas Pertambangan (POP) or Madya (POM) certification is required.
* Willingness to be based at our Musi Rawas Utara site in South Sumatra.
