## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, with a maximum of up to 2 years of professional experience.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong leadership potential, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
* Extracurricular Involvement: A demonstrated track record of active participation in campus organizations or student bodies.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings as well as electrical and mechanical diagrams.
* Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or other specialized engineering software will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Fully willing and prepared to be stationed at our facility in Pagaden, Subang.
