## Position: Field Operator – Pressure Pumping
As a Field Operator within the Pressure Pumping division, you will play a critical role in supporting complex energy projects. This position aligns with our Cementing Recovery initiatives, focusing on meticulous job audits and the delivery of flawless field services.
Key Responsibilities
In this technical role, you will be responsible for the following core duties:
* Operational Execution: Conduct daily operations and routine maintenance of specialized equipment to meet precise customer specifications.
* Equipment Management: Handle tools and machinery with care, participate in cross-functional equipment training, and execute thorough pre-mobilization checks and load-outs.
* Site Integration: Prepare and rig-up equipment, perform hook-ups to client facilities, and maintain precise records of technical data, client instructions, and any deviations or equipment damage.
* Maintenance Standards: Ensure that all auxiliary and service equipment remains in a "ready for use" state.
* Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous safety standards by reporting all incidents, near-misses, or hazardous conditions, and take immediate corrective action to prevent environmental or property damage.
* Procedural Adherence: Operate all machinery in strict accordance with internal safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications and Candidate Profile
