Astra provides structured development programs designed to accelerate professional growth and leadership capabilities. Below are the details for the open positions currently available.
1. Audit & Risk Development Program (ARDP) – Batch 15
The ARDP is a specialized development track tailored to equip high-potential individuals with the technical and behavioral competencies required to excel as professional Internal Auditors and Analysts within the Astra Group.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
* Location: Candidates must be graduates from universities within the Jabodetabek area.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for business throughout Indonesia and accept placement in any Astra Group company nationwide.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high curiosity, agility, and exceptional interpersonal capabilities.
* Language: Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
2. Human Capital Trainee (HCT) – Batch 13
The Human Capital Trainee program is an intensive 11-month journey (February – December 2026). Participants will gain comprehensive exposure to various Human Capital functions across diverse business units through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on, on-the-job training.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Location: Candidates must be graduates from universities within the Jabodetabek area.
* Professional Traits: High passion for Human Capital, strong analytical thinking, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
* Adaptability: Dynamic and collaborative team player.
* Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any Astra Group business unit across Indonesia.
