## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking dedicated, resilient, and forward-thinking individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Possess at least a D4 or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from an accredited institution.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion and interest in the palm oil industry.
* Display complete willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Sulawesi.
Available Streams and Required Backgrounds

1. Administration: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Tax, Agribusiness, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
2. Community Development: Law, Social & Political Sciences.
3. Sustainability: Agriculture, Environmental Science/Engineering, Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Sociology.
4. Plantation (Tanaman): Plantation Management, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Plant Pests & Diseases, Soil Science, Forestry, Biology.
5. Mill (Pabrik): Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering; Plantation/Agricultural Processing Technology; Chemistry.
6. Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Agricultural, Irrigation, or Heavy Equipment Engineering; Environmental Engineering.

Training Roadmap

* On-the-Job Training (OJT): Hands-on experience at designated sites to master technical and operational duties.
* Final Evaluation: A rigorous assessment in the final month to determine your readiness for a permanent role as a leader within the organization.
