## Open Career Opportunity: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. This role is integral to our operational success, as you will provide expert engineering guidance to our supervisors and foremen while championing the implementation of best practices across our mechanical sections and site installations.
Core Responsibilities
* Engineering Oversight: Deliver comprehensive technical support to on-site leadership teams to ensure operational efficiency.
* Standardization: Develop, document, and maintain industry-leading standards for mechanical sections.
* Infrastructure Management: Oversee site installations to ensure they meet our stringent safety and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with a background in Fixed Plant Maintenance or large-scale industrial projects will be given preference.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Practical knowledge of Conveying Systems and Coal Handling Facilities.
* Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Advanced competency in AutoCAD software.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in both Indonesian and English.
