## Open Positions at PT Aplus Pacific
1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable)
* Manage customer billing confirmations and process incoming payments.
* Coordinate collection schedules for field collectors.
* Audit and verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders (PO).
* Maintain meticulous filing systems for all billing documentation.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
2. Finance Staff (Accounts Payable)
* Audit incoming billing documents and follow up on any discrepancies.
* Input financial data accurately into the corporate accounting system.
* Monitor payment processing in coordination with the Treasury/Cash Management team.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an AP role within a single company.
* Comprehensive understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and VAT).
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX and standard accounting software.
3. PPIC Staff
* Monitor production plans to align with delivery schedules and capacity.
* Manage safety stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
* Conduct cost and budget analysis for ongoing projects.
* Generate daily progress reports regarding production status, inventory, and logistics.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a PPIC in a manufacturing environment.
* Deep understanding of Production, Planning, and Inventory Control (PPIC) concepts.
* Expert proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Quality Control (QC) Administrator
* Monitor and document product quality testing and development.
* Verify product standards against company specifications.
* Maintain comprehensive QC logs and historical equipment documentation.
* Strong analytical, communication, and initiative-driven skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing QC processes.
5. AC Technician
* Install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning systems.
* Troubleshoot complex issues related to compressors, modules, and internal components.
* Minimum high school education (SLTA/Equivalent).
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with split and cassette AC units.
* Experience with Daikin units is considered a significant advantage.
* Ability to work from our Kapuk Poglar headquarters and travel to branch offices as needed.
