## Current Job Openings
We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following strategic roles:
1. Reclamation Monitoring Control Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Environmental Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in reclamation. Proficiency in mapping software (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS). Deep understanding of silviculture, seedling nursery management, and plot inventory. Knowledge of forestry and ESDM mining regulations.
2. Port Loading Group Leader
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geological, or Civil Engineering.
* Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in port loading operations. Expertise in heavy equipment operation, stockpile management, and coal port loading processes. Must possess a valid SIM A driving license.
3. Finance Administrator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of financial experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Competent in managing payment vouchers, debt ledgers, journals, and filing systems. Local candidates from South Kalimantan are preferred.
4. Jr. Geotechnical Engineering
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in coal mining. Skilled in geotechnical mapping and instrumentation monitoring, particularly Slope Stability Radar. Proficiency in stability analysis software (Slide, Phase 2, Plaxis), AutoCAD, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, and MineScape/Minex. A POP certification and ability to operate Light Vehicles (LV) in mining areas are highly desirable.
5. Jr. Geotech Monitoring
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Requirements: 2 years of experience in mining geotech monitoring. Familiarity with Geostudio (Slide), MineScape, and AutoCAD. Practical experience with monitoring tools (radar, prisms, inclinometers, and extensometers). POP certification and a valid SIM A license are preferred.
6. PPKH & DAS Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Geodesy, Geography, or Agriculture.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in PPKH (Forest Area Borrow-to-Use Permit) and Watershed (DAS) management. Proficiency in mapping software, aerial photo interpretation, and systems like SIPUHH and SIGANISHUT. Strong grasp of mining reclamation and regulatory compliance.
7. Legal Land Acquisition Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the mining sector. Deep knowledge of Indonesian Agrarian, Civil, and Criminal law. Strong background in stakeholder engagement and external relations.
8. Land Acquisition Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in mining land acquisition. Expert knowledge of land clearance processes, negotiation, and interpersonal communication. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and possess a valid SIM A license.
