## Current Security Personnel Openings
PT Angkasa Pura Solusi is inviting qualified, motivated individuals to join their security division. The available roles are structured to ensure the highest standards of safety and passenger service across all airports.
1. Aviation Security (AVSEC Basic & Junior)
This role is essential for maintaining the stringent safety protocols required within airport terminals and restricted areas.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 168 cm (men) or 162 cm (women), with a proportional build.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
* Certification: Must possess an active Personnel Competency Certificate (STKP) or valid license.
* Health Standards: Must be physically and mentally fit, free from drugs (supported by a medical certificate), and possess perfect vision (non-prescription glasses, no color blindness).
* Grooming & Conduct: No tattoos and no piercings (for men). Must have a clean criminal record verified by an official police clearance certificate (SKCK).
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts and be stationed at any APS operational area.
2. Security Personnel (Gada Pratama)
Standard security positions aimed at maintaining order and ensuring a secure environment for all airport visitors.
* Education & Training: Minimum high school diploma with an active Gada Pratama license and official Security Member ID (KTA).
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 168 cm (men) or 160 cm (women) with a proportional build.
* Competencies: Strong focus on customer and visitor service.
* Health & Character: Physically healthy, drug-free, free of tattoos and piercings, and no history of color blindness. Applicants must provide a valid SKCK.
* Schedule: Prepared for shift work and relocation to any designated operational site.
3. Senior Security Personnel (Gada Utama and Gada Madya)
These roles are designed for experienced professionals capable of leadership or high-level security oversight.
* Certification: Possession of an active Gada Utama or Gada Madya license and a valid KTA.
* Experience: Preference is given to those with prior experience as a Team Leader (Danru) or at least 3 years of professional security experience.
