Core Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) equivalent.
* Technical Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, including tractors, excavators, graders, or similar machinery. Previous experience within a palm oil plantation environment is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: A thorough understanding of daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance, including monitoring oil, hydraulic fluids, coolant, fuel levels, tires/tracks, and unit dashboard indicators.
* Safety Standards: Full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Certifications: Possession of a valid driver’s license or official operator’s license relevant to the heavy machinery required for the role.
Physical and Operational Requirements
