## Job Role: Scale Operator (Weighing Operator)
As a Scale Operator at our manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in the production workflow, ensuring that all materials are handled, measured, and stored with absolute precision. Your daily responsibilities will directly support the seamless execution of manufacturing schedules and quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Material Receiving and Storage: Receive incoming raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring proper documentation, and store them securely in designated warehouse locations.
* Material Preparation: Accurately stage and prepare raw materials and packaging components according to active production orders and standard operating procedures.
* Weighing Operations: Execute precise weighing procedures for various raw materials to feed the production lines correctly.
* Inventory Management: Maintain meticulous logs and records of material usage and stock movements to support efficient inventory control.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet specific educational, technical, and behavioral benchmarks to ensure they can perform the role safely and efficiently.
* Educational Background: Minimum graduation from SMK Farmasi (Vocational High School of Pharmacy).
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Scale Operator or in a closely related manufacturing/warehouse environment.
* Technical Competencies:
* Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with industrial weighing instruments and measurement devices.
* Capability to navigate relevant operational and inventory systems.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated speed, agility, and a high degree of accuracy in daily tasks to prevent operational bottlenecks.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Sound foundational understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB/CDOB guidelines).
