1. Barge Escort Operator
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our marine logistics and safety operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in the shipping industry, preferably within palm oil operations.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in navigation, marine communication tools (VHF, AIS, GPS), tugboat escort SOPs, and ISPS Code compliance.
* Requirements: Strong reporting skills, K3 (Health & Safety) knowledge, and willingness to work in shift patterns. ISPS certification is highly desirable.
2. Instrument Control Technician
This role requires a technical expert to maintain the integrity of our control systems and electrical frameworks.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in a relevant engineering field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience, preferably in palm oil processing.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in wiring, electrical schematics, multimeter/clamp meter usage, and troubleshooting PLC, VFD, SCADA, and DCS systems.
* Requirements: Critical thinking, emergency repair management, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
3. Tank Farm Operator
We are seeking a reliable operator to ensure the safe and efficient handling of our storage facilities.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK diploma.
* Experience: At least 1 year in the industry, preferably in a refinery setting.
* Requirements: A solid understanding of K3 safety protocols, strong analytical capabilities, and the flexibility to work in shifts.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
Join our production team to support the essential processing of palm oil.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK diploma.
* Experience: At least 1 year of operational experience, preferably in the palm oil sector.
* Requirements: Ability to follow operational guidelines, work well within a team, and manage shift-based responsibilities.
5. Boiler Operator
We require a skilled individual to manage our steam generation units safely and efficiently.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK diploma.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar production environment.
* Key Requirement: Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Steam Boilers is strongly preferred.
6. Weighbridge Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee our weighbridge logistics and data integrity.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
