We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations department. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
As a Logistics Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in the heartbeat of our supply chain. Your primary duties will include:
* Fleet Coordination: Actively monitoring and guiding drivers to ensure every shipment adheres to the designated schedule and route.
* Operational Oversight: Tracking delivery progress and driver activity in real-time to maintain transparency.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively managing and resolving logistics bottlenecks, delivery delays, or sudden adjustments to transportation plans.
* Documentation Management: Ensuring that all trip reports and delivery documents are accurate and fully completed.
* Compliance Monitoring: Guaranteeing that all personnel strictly follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
