Engineering & Technical Operations
* Mining (MIN01 & MIN02): Focus on mine planning, production optimization, and fleet management.
* Maintenance (MNT01 & MNT02): Specialized roles for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering graduates to master mineral processing plant maintenance.
* Geotechnical & Survey: Enhance survey capabilities through drone mapping, spatial data processing, and geotechnical support.
* Mine Geology & Exploration: Participate in geological development, grade control, and precious metal deposit exploration.
* Operation TSF: Support the Tailings Storage Facility engineering and operational processes.
* Facilities & Services: Contribute to civil engineering projects, including structural analysis and 3D modeling.
* MPDSE: Manage tailings placement and earthworks projects with a focus on cost and stage oversight.
Environment, Safety & Compliance
* Environment: Implement environmental management systems, biodiversity protection, and forest rehabilitation.
* OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety): Identify, evaluate, and control workplace hazards to ensure the highest safety standards.
* Internal Audit & Risk Assurance (IARA): Assist in risk management, control evaluation, and corporate governance.
