1. R&D Staff
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Qualifications:
* Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in engineering, product design, fabrication, or research and development (R&D).
* Proficient in generating 3D models, assemblies, detail drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
* Solid understanding of mechanical design fundamentals, material strength, bolted/welded joints, tolerances, and material selection.
* Capable of performing reverse engineering, component measurement, design modification, and existing product enhancement.
* Familiar with major engineering standards such as SNI, ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN, or other relevant guidelines.

Responsibilities:
* Technical Design & Drafting: Design mechanical 3D models and assemblies while producing production-ready detail drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
* Product Development & Modification: Conduct reverse engineering, measure components, modify current items, and build functional prototypes.
* Material Analysis & Selection: Analyze material strength, structural joints, and establish precise material types and tolerances.
* Standardization & Documentation: Ensure all designs comply with official technical standards (SNI, ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN) and compile technical documentation including Bills of Materials (BOM).
2. HSE Staff
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), or Public Health.
* Physically and mentally fit with strong communication skills.
* Possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Holding a Ministry of Manpower AK3U certification is considered a strong advantage.
* At least 1 year of relevant field experience; fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
* Willing to be deployed across all operational regions of Adhimix.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the implementation of HSE protocols on-site, including personal protective equipment (PPE), general housekeeping, and safety signage.
* Conduct routine inspections, HSE audits, and safe behavior observations.
* Organize and promote toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and ongoing safety training sessions.
* Investigate workplace accidents or environmental incidents, followed by drafting comprehensive reports and corrective action plans.
* Manage HSE documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safe Work Permits (PTW), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and inspection forms.
* Coordinate closely with operational and project teams to integrate safety measures into daily tasks.
* Report monitoring outcomes and safety improvements to senior management and central HSE departments.
* Maintain strict compliance with government regulations (such as labor safety laws and environmental policies) alongside internal company standards.
3. Field Supervisor (Pelaksana)
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Fabrication Engineering, or related technical majors.
* At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or fabrication; talented junior SMK fresh graduates will be considered.
* Able to read and interpret basic working drawings and shop drawings.
* Familiar with standard workshop measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and water levels.
* Knowledgeable regarding basic OHS, PPE utilization, housekeeping, and safe operating workflows.
Responsibilities:
* Formulate operational schedules and technical execution plans for construction and fabrication projects.
* Supervise and coordinate workflow stages ranging from initial fabrication and material mobilization to final on-site installation.
* Submit material and equipment requisitions in accordance with project timelines.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery, with a strong preference for CNC Laser Cutting or CNC Bending systems.
* Able to accurately read and interpret technical shop drawings.
* Familiar with the operation of CNC Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, or Bending equipment.
