1. Senior Key Account Manager (Mini, Hyper, Super)
* Location: Head Office
* Role Focus: You will spearhead commercial growth across modern trade channels. This involves leading business strategy, executing new product launches, managing distributor engagements, and ensuring optimal stock quality and supply chain efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of FMCG experience in modern trade, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
2. Senior Buyer (Commercial & MRO/CAPEX)
* Location: Head Office
* Role Focus: We are hiring for two procurement streams. You will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The role requires monitoring contract lifecycles and utilizing systems like SAP to drive procurement efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial procurement, sourcing, or MRO/CAPEX management. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
3. Engineering & Technical Roles
We are looking for hands-on experts to drive operational excellence at our production sites:
* Project Engineer (Karawang & Pasuruan): Manage capital projects from inception to completion, focusing on budget management, capacity analysis, and the implementation of our 5-year strategic CAPEX master plan.
Requirements:* Engineering degree, 3+ years of experience, and deep knowledge of CAPEX project management.
* Packaging Engineer (Karawang): Optimize packaging processes, lead machinery commissioning, and drive continuous improvement in OEE, waste reduction, and sustainability.
Requirements:* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Packaging Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
* Maintenance Lead (Karawang - 1 Year Contract): Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coach operating teams, and ensure strict compliance with FSSC 22000 and safety standards.
Requirements:* Engineering degree; open to high-potential fresh graduates with internship experience.
4. Continuous Improvement Lead (Karawang - Contract Based)
* Role Focus: Utilize TPM and Zero Loss methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies. You will spend significant time on the factory floor, coaching teams on 5S, defect handling, and root cause analysis.
* Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Food Technology with 1–3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
5. Area Sales Leader – Food Service (Manado - 1 Year Contract)
* Role Focus: Drive sales growth and distributor management within the Food Service sector. You will be the primary link between Kraft Heinz and our partners in the region, ensuring Go-to-Market strategies are executed flawlessly.
* Requirements: At least 1 year of FMCG Food Service experience, strong team leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
