## Available Management Trainee Tracks
Our comprehensive training initiative is tailored to cultivate future industry leaders across three core operational divisions:
* Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT)
Target Academic Backgrounds:* Agronomy, Crop Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, and Soil Science.
Role Overview:* Spearhead daily plantation operations, optimize crop yields, and implement sustainable agricultural practices across our sprawling estates.
* Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT)
Target Academic Backgrounds:* Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, and Heavy Equipment Engineering.
Role Overview:* Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient deployment of heavy machinery and transport fleets vital to estate logistics.
* Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT)
Target Academic Backgrounds:* Accounting and Management.
Role Overview:* Manage financial reporting, budget allocations, and administrative workflows to ensure fiscal transparency and operational efficiency.
## Core Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for our competitive trainee program, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
* Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
* Maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Demonstrate strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, and high integrity.
* Possess a willingness to be stationed across our operational sites in Kalimantan and Papua.
## Recruitment Schedule and Test Locations
Candidates can choose to participate in the selection process at any of the designated regional testing hubs. While initial testing centers include major cities such as Medan, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, Jambi, and Palembang, additional locations will be announced progressively.
