## Professional Requirements
To maintain our standard of excellence, we seek candidates who possess both technical proficiency and a collaborative work ethic.
* Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
* Experience: A minimum of 4 to 20 years of hands-on experience in project management or industrial operations.
* Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for all roles.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to relocate as per project or operational needs.
* Advantageous Skills: Previous experience in the paper or tissue manufacturing industry is highly regarded.
* Sales Specifics: For our sales positions, a Bachelor’s degree and a proven background in B2B or manufacturing sales are required.
