AirNav Indonesia is seeking talented, dedicated individuals to join its workforce. We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles:
1. Telecommunications Technician
* Education: D.IV or D.III in Air Navigation and Telecommunications Engineering.
* Requirements: Must hold valid relevant licenses and ratings, with a minimum TOEIC score of 405.
2. Administrative Staff – Software & Network Engineering
* Education: S.1, D.IV, or D.III in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications/Networking concentration).
* Requirement: TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500, issued in 2026.
3. Administrative Staff – Creative Design & Digital Products
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Digital Product Design.
* Requirement: TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500, issued in 2026.
4. Administrative Staff – Accounting
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Accounting.

## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Nationality: Indonesian citizen.
* Age: Maximum 27 years old as of September 1, 2026.
* Academic: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.
* Physical: Physically and mentally fit. Minimum height of 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women, with an ideal body weight.
* Appearance: No tattoos and no piercings (for male applicants).
* Flexibility: Willing to be assigned to any of our operational locations across Indonesia, particularly in the 3T regions (Frontier, Outermost, and Underdeveloped).
* Commitment: Must be free from any employment ties with other institutions and willing to resign from current positions if selected.
