## Available Vacancy: Field Operator – Water Waste Plant (WWTP)
We are currently hiring for a dedicated Field Operator to join our team at PT Energi Oleo Persada, a key entity under the KPN Corp group. This role is essential for maintaining our environmental compliance and operational efficiency at our facility in Tanjung Morawa.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following core duties:
* Monitoring and documenting chemical consumption levels alongside water inflow and outflow metrics.
* Collecting accurate samples for rigorous laboratory analysis.
* Supervising the comprehensive operation and maintenance of all Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) equipment.
* Maintaining strict cleanliness and organization within the designated working area.
* Ensuring all operational tasks adhere strictly to established workplace safety and health protocols.
Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the WWTP sector is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of industrial K3 (Health and Safety) standards.
* Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to function effectively within a team environment.
* Availability: Must be ready to join our operations as soon as possible.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Deli Serdang-Medan area are highly preferred. The role is based in Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
