Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Sourcing Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from an accredited institution with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Operational Agility: A genuine willingness to perform mobile field work, including frequent travel to visit and collaborate directly with rubber farmers.
* Professional Mindset: High levels of personal discipline, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Essential Soft Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, interpersonal communication, and effective negotiation.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Commitment: Readiness to undergo an intensive six-month on-the-job training program and fulfill a two-year service bond.
* Geographic Flexibility: Availability to be stationed at any of our manufacturing facilities across Sumatra or Kalimantan.
