We are currently expanding our operational team and are seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to fill the position of Logistics Site Administrator to support our projects in the East Kalimantan region.
## Role Responsibilities
As a Logistics Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our site operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inventory Management: Accurately recording and updating data for all incoming and outgoing goods.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
* Procurement Support: Monitoring material consumption and initiating purchase requests as needed to maintain operational continuity.
* Documentation: Ensuring all logistics and shipping documentation is properly processed, verified, and archived.
* Audit Compliance: Conducting regular physical stock takes (stock opname) in collaboration with the warehouse team.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 35 years.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Preference will be given to candidates holding a D3 or S1 degree in Administration or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics administration or inventory management.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP or Accurate is considered a significant advantage.
* Industry Knowledge: Practical understanding of vehicle spare parts, specifically for Light Vehicles (LV) and buses.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of accuracy, discipline, and the ability to function effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at our Sangkulirang site in East Kalimantan.
