## Program Responsibilities

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in International Relations, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Public Relations.
* Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience is preferred; however, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo intensive training and development programs.
* Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, including high personal power, effective communication, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
