Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Nurse Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Ners) with a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Licensure: Must possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm, with a weight proportional to height (ideally ranging between 50 kg to 55 kg).
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability in effective communication and a commitment to providing excellent, patient-centered service.
* Program Commitment: Must be willing to participate fully in our structured professional training program.
* Operational Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.
* Geographic Mobility: Candidates must be prepared to be placed at any Brawijaya unit, including locations in Jakarta, Depok, and Tangerang.
* Experience Level: While we value experience, we strongly encourage fresh graduates to apply.
